Magali JOSEPH-ALEXANDRE is a passionate chef born, raised and trained in France. She improved her professional skills in several famous restaurants in Paris, Cannes, south of France, Martinique French West Indies and recently Miami. Beside her cooking skills, she has a long experience in marketing and communication allowing her a deep understanding of people needs, transforming this knowledge into creation and service.
For Magali, cooking is an endless source of pleasure that sustains the body and constantly sharpens all the senses. It’s a great source of intimacy and connection to the world and the people around her.
From travels all around the world she create a flavorful fusion cuisine and at the same time renew the classic French basics with respect for the product.
Being a cooking teacher, she shares a joyful, artistic and personal approach of the culinary adventures.
